Chris and I are pleased to announce we have just covered our 100th wedding! Having started only 2 years ago we are overwhelemed by the response we've recieved and feel honoured to have been a part of so many lovely couples days. We look forward to the next 100!

Our style is informal and relaxed, and our photographs reflect the unique beauty of the occasion - elegant, yet spontaneous and intimate. Of course, we offer family and group shots, but we prefer to keep posed photography to a minimum, allowing you to relax and enjoy yourselves. It’s your special day, after all!

What makes us different?  We work as a team, blending our different styles of photography to create a portfolio of images that range from atmospheric wide-angle shots to candid, expressive portraits. With an informal, friendly approach, we don’t intrude on the moment - instead, we step back and capture emotions and events as they happen. This style is often called ‘reportage’, but it’s really more about instinct and empathy: we have a talent for sensing how easy you and your guests may feel in front of a lens, and we’ll adapt our approach accordingly.

We look for the real smiles, natural expressions, and all the little details that contribute to the atmosphere... this is how we tell the story of your wedding.

So who are we, and where are we based?

We are Chris Sansom and Verity Woolf; we both have a natural creative talent and a passion for photography. Our home is in Leeds, West Yorkshire, but we’re happy to offer coverage of weddings throughout the UK as well as overseas destinations.

As a couple ourselves, we go the extra mile in getting to know our clients beforehand, and we listen carefully when you tell us your own ideas and wishes for your special day. We take the utmost pride in the quality of our images... but, just as importantly, we want you to be overjoyed with them!
