Harewood House Photography Yorkshire

As busy summer season draws to a close we cannot wait to share with you all the amazing couples and locations we have had the pleasure of capturing this summer – it is so hard for us to believe it is now October!

Today we are sharing Meg and Kev’s Engagement shoot. Meg and Kev were referred to us by another awesome couple, Maria & Owen, who’s wedding we captured last year. We got on with them both instantly and were excited for the shoot. We met them both at a beautiful horse livery yard near Harewood, Meg has an horse called Roo, and wanted to make sure he was in a few of the photographs too! It was a great opportunity to get some unique photographs and especially fun working with Roo who seemed to love the attention!

After a busy weekend it was a great way for us to enjoy a day out in the sun, we did up a picnic and took them to Harewood house to enjoy the day. As a keen baker Meg had cooked some lovely cupcakes and flapjacks – which were amazing! We love Harewood as it has so many hidden gems for photography, granted it is always a little busy when it’s a sunny day!, but we managed to work through the crowds and got some great photographs.

Meg and Kev are the kind of couple that we could spend all day with and still have things to talk about, we captured their wedding a few weeks ago and loved every minute. Not to spoil the post on their wedding, but we both have said that we got our favourite EVER shots from their day so we cannot wait to share them soon!
