The Great Hall is a great location for ceremonies that will be cherished for a lifetime. This event space is complete with tasteful decor, polished floors, chandelier lighting, and vistas of the front lawns. You and your partner can exchange vows in front of the working stone fireplace before rejoicing with new family members. Once you've tied the knot, you and your guests can make their way to our lawns for a drinks reception. Here, you can mingle with friends, sip on beverages, and watch as the sun sets over the rolling hills. Evening receptions can take place in our Riverside area. There is ample space for seated guests, a dance floor and live entertainment if desired. Additional facilities at Howsham Hall include a bridal suite for you and your friends to relax in and slowly get ready before the big moment arrives as well as Howsham Hall's very own Billiards Room.

The inside of the hall has a real welcoming feeling. It looks beautifully decorated at Christmas and feels like a home away from home. It has an intimate atmosphere and definitely a venue with a lot of charm and personality.
The grounds at Howsham are beautiful. With gardens and the amazing hall as a backdrop there will always be somewhere beautiful to have your photographs taken.
The bridal suite is quite possibly one of the nicest and largest bridal suites I have ever seen. It is full on luxury! With its own bedroom separated off from the main living area and its own amazing bathroom if you want an amazing place to get ready and spend your wedding night then this is the place!
