Savoy Hotel Wedding Photographers | Wedding Photography London
Throughout the Savoy there are old photographs of some of the celebrities that have visited the hotel. It’s a veritable who’s who of fame and fortune, even if we hadn’t been aware of the hotels reputation it would have been immediately apparent. Even while we grabbed a bite to eat at dinner in one of the side rooms we saw Marilyn Monroe and Humphrey Bogart among others on the wall. It made me think about what makes a building like this one so well known. Obviously age and clientele have a great deal to do with it, but to me it seems that the most important things are the ones that aren’t framed on the walls.
Looking through these images of an incredible couple with their effortlessly cool, timeless style and obvious compatibility. They could easily be mistaken for a celebration in the era of Bogart and Monroe.
