Cotswolds Wedding Photography UK

Kerensa and Hugo held their beautiful winter wedding deep in the Wiltshire countryside at the Moonraker Hotel. Kerensa said that she had always dreamt of getting married in the Wiltshire area and as one of the few locations we have yet to visit in the UK it didn’t take us long to find out why!

We met Kerensa and Hugo a few years back for their engagement shoot in London. They had to delay their wedding for another year or two so we knew how important the day would be to them when it came round. Kerensa had mentioned that she wasn’t too keen on having her photograph taken, something which we hear a lot from our couples! This is why we love shooting the way we do as we also aren’t keen on being on the other side of the lens either! Being concious of this we always try to make our couples feel as comfortable as possible around us and on the wedding day we make sure that we effect the day as little as possible giving only very necessary direction! The greatest praise for us was when Kerensa emailed after seeing her finished images to say how she even liked the ones of herself which- in her words – was no easy task! All the awards we have won we are very proud of but to us hearing feedback like this from our couples is what really matters! We thought Kerensa and Hugo both looked incredible on the day, so it’s lovely to know that they saw that too!

Hugo and Kerensa’s day was full of beautiful moments, I don’t think we have seen so many hugs shared in one day before. It was amazing to see how much Kerensa and Hugo love and care for all their friends and family. Made even clearer when during Hugo’s speech he surprised Kerensa with a film of messages of all their friends and family members that couldn’t make it to their day! Kerensa’s reaction was priceless. They were such an honest down to earth couple, we always knew theirs was a wedding worth waiting for!

Here are some of our favourites from their day!
