Park Hyatt Dubai Wedding Photography | Destination Wedding Photographers London

Sometimes when we sit down to do a blog post we know exactly what to say, other times it’s a bit more difficult. A couple of months on from Amy and Adam’s 3 day Park Hyatt Dubai Wedding and we’re still struggling to find the words to describe their day. Between the Mehndi ceremony, Adam’s vibrant ceremony entrance, Amy’s 3 incredible dresses to the black tie reception on the final evening we were spoiled for choice when it came to photo opportunities! Quite simply, it was a wedding that really made us appreciate everything that makes a wedding such a unique occasion to have the privilege of being a part of.

Looking back through these photos it’s clear to both of us that as much as the location was a spectacular environment to work in and a fantastic talking point, it wasn’t what really mattered. Of course, we wanted to set the scene and do the beautiful country justice. But when people travel across continents for a wedding to unite family and friends from around the world, even one of the most spectacular cities the planet has to offer is really just the icing on the cake.

One of the things wedding photographers talk about a lot is ‘curation’, and it’s easy to see why with the internet encouraging us all to have shorter and shorter attention spans. As we narrowed down images for this blog post we realised that maybe it’s all gone a bit too far, maybe we’re all leaving out the important stuff. So we looked at the images we had selected, without hours of painstaking whittling down for the sake of a snappy blog post. They are all images that we love and more importantly they are images that we think Amy and Adam will love. That tell the story of the day and the moments they shared with the people who matter most to them.

We still can’t really find the words for this one so we’ll settle for just saying a huge thank you to Amy and Adam for inviting us into their lives for this incredible occasion.

A special thanks to our good friends Adam and Rachel, (The Wedding Filmmakers) who we were lucky enough to work with and share this experience with.
